Have you ever been told to define yourself? The older I get the more I find society, people and life just seem to try to put me in a box. With getting older I have decided to break that. This year I am going to BE everything and nothing if I want. BE creative, BE self-aware, BE a student and an educator, BE a writer, BE uninspired, BE multicultural, BE tired, BE me! I don’t have to be one thing to fit in to anyone’s box. And with this newfound grace and growth mind set, I have a different outlook.
